Returns
You can register a return or exchange very easily by e-mail to gruezi@nordicsheep.ch. Please state your order number and the items concerned.
100-day voluntary right of return
Swiss law does not provide for a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. We therefore grant you a voluntary right of return of 100 days from receipt of the goods – without giving reasons. The deadline is met if you notify us of the return by e-mail within 100 days and then send the goods without delay.
In what condition must the goods be returned?
The item must be unused, undamaged and complete, i.e. with all accessories and, if possible, in the original packaging. Looking at it and trying it out as you would in a shop is of course fine. If a returned item shows signs of use or damage, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund by the loss in value; in that case we will inform you and give our reasons.
How much does a return cost?
You bear the cost of the return yourself. You have two options:
- Return label from us for CHF 20.00: The amount is deducted from your refund. You stick the label on your parcel and hand it in at the drop-off point stated on the label.
- Your own shipping: You send the parcel at your own expense to our return address: NATURES Collection A/S, Troldhøjvej 7, 8722 Hedensted, Denmark. Please declare the shipment as a return and keep the proof of postage.
Exchanges are free of charge. If the product is defective or we have sent you the wrong item, the return is always free of charge for you.
Can I also exchange the product?
Yes, you can. Write and tell us which product you would like to exchange your order for. If the original price was lower, your original price applies to the new item.
Why is there no return label in the parcel?
We do not enclose a return label because, for the sake of the environment, we do not want to print unnecessary paper. Thank you for your understanding.
When will I get my money back?
We refund the purchase price of the returned items within 14 days of your return arriving with us. The refund is made using the payment method you chose when ordering. Depending on your bank, it may then take a few more days for the money to reach your account.
Transport damage or defect
If your parcel is damaged on delivery, please take a photo of it before you open it. If the item is damaged too, send us a photo of it together with the photo of the parcel to gruezi@nordicsheep.ch. You will receive a replacement free of charge or your money back.
Irrespective of the voluntary right of return, all products are covered by the statutory warranty of 2 years (Art. 197 et seq. and Art. 210 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, CO). Please report a defect to us as soon as possible after you discover it.
