How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs CHF 14.90 per order. Shipping is free as soon as you order at least 2 items or your order value reaches CHF 99.

A customs clearance fee of CHF 7.50 is added per order; it is shown in the cart as “Swiss Import Duty”.

We deliver to addresses in Switzerland. If you have any questions about delivery, write to us at gruezi@nordicsheep.ch – we are happy to help.

Customs and VAT

We ship from our warehouse in Denmark and take care of export and Swiss customs clearance for you. For this, a customs clearance fee of CHF 7.50 is charged per order; it is shown in the cart as “Swiss Import Duty”. Apart from this fee, you pay no customs duties and no import VAT on delivery. Prices in the shop include Swiss VAT (8.1%).

Delivery times

How long does delivery take?

Unless stated otherwise for the product, delivery takes place within 3-5 working days of receipt of the order confirmation.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you order products with different delivery times, we send everything together in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time is then determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
